The Advanced Way: The Strategy Session
The Advanced VoIP Solutions onboarding process is something we want to be clear about. It’s in our best interests, and yours, for you to know what to expect at every step of the way. Previously, we discussed the steps of our onboarding process in general, ending with the Strategy Session. We wanted to take the time to discuss the Strategy Session in greater detail, because it represents the next big threshold in the Advanced VoIP process.
As you might remember, the Strategy Session is the final stage of the onboarding process, where we meet with you and your team personally at your office. The goal of this visit is to familiarize ourselves with your systems, your network infrastructure, and so on. We want to make sure that your internet connection is strong, fast, and has redundant support, for example. These network health assessments help us determine the scope of work and the viability for your implementation. The Advanced VoIP solutions team will bring a demo kit to demonstrate the product and service in action, so you can better understand what you’re looking at. If you want to look at the system more before the Strategy Session, we can set up a test portal for you in advance. It’ll let you dig through the system and prepare some questions for us in advance. Of course, things like cost and responsibility must be discussed. We want to be clear that Advanced VoIP Solutions will be your end provider for your phone systems. This means that we will be handling your traffic; you don’t need to go to another provider like Verizon or AT&T, because we will handle everything. At the end of the session, we’re going to make sure we set a time and date for a follow-up decision meeting. We want to give you plenty of time to look over everything, so we will work with you to determine when a good follow-up time would be to sign or decline.
So what do we need from you? For the Strategy Session to go as smoothly as possible, it’s helpful for you to have questions or concerns prepared for us before the meeting. The more we understand what you want and need from us, the more we can tailor the product to your needs. With that knowledge in hand, we can better outline the value you’re getting, the cost of the product, and your standard information.
We hope this article helped you better understand this step in the Advanced VoIP Solutions onboarding process. We want to make the process as smooth and easy for you as possible, and transparency is the best way to do that. If you have any lingering questions, or if you’d like to get started with us, then feel free to book an Accelerator Session with us. We’d love to work with you!
